AJ Styles has been with WWE for over four years now, and the promotion has handled him as well as it possibly could. Styles is a two-time WWE Champion and has had epic feuds against the likes of The Undertaker, John Cena, and Roman Reigns. It's a shame that we never got to see Styles compete inside Hell In A Cell. His rivalry with Cena back in 2016-17 was one for the ages, and fans wouldn't have complained one bit if WWE let these two Superstars go crazy inside Hell In A Cell.
Styles had major feuds with several other Superstars, most notably Shinsuke Nakamura, Shane McMahon, and Chris Jericho. But none of those were resolved inside Hell In A Cell. A lot of it had to do with the timing of these feuds, as they didn't take place around the time WWE Hell In A Cell was scheduled. Styles is currently one of the top Superstars on WWE SmackDown. He still has a lot left in the tank, and it would be something fresh to see someone of his stature compete in one of the greatest gimmick matches ever produced by WWE.
