#4. Becky Lynch - To SmackDown
After winning both the RAW and SmackDown Women's championships in the main event of WrestleMania 35, Becky Lynch was allowed to appear on both brands. Although Lynch did not have a brand specified to her, she became a permanent member of the RAW roster after losing the SmackDown Women's Championship at Money in the Bank 2019.
FOX Network has already been heavily advertising Becky Lynch during their promotional campaign. Lynch even publicly mocked Bayley, the reigning SmackDown Women's Champion, for failing to make the cut.
This might mean that Lynch could lose her RAW Women's title to Sasha Banks at Hell in a Cell and then move to SmackDown during the WWE Draft. The likes of Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, Asuka, Bayley, and Kairi Sane can bolster the strength of SmackDown's Women's Division.
#3. Velveteen Dream - To RAW
From his mic skills to his in-ring psychology, everything about Velveteen Dream screams main roster potential. Just as Stephanie McMahon picked Finn Balor for the RAW roster during the 2016 WWE Draft, we could see the Red Brand make a shocking move by drafting a big NXT name to its main roster ranks.
Johnny Gargano and Tomasso Ciampa will probably stay in NXT a bit longer and The Undisputed Era holds all the NXT men's titles. Therefore, Velveteen Dream, who lost his North American championship on the regular TV debut episode of NXT, is the perfect candidate to get called up to the main roster. Velveteen Dream already has plenty of potential opponents on RAW including Cesaro, Ricochet, AJ Styles, Drew McIntyre and Cedric Alexander, just to name a few.
