#4 Hangman Page was kicked out of The Elite by The Young Bucks
Although AEW has been teasing an eventual betrayal or a heel turn when it comes to the inner circles of The Elite, it finally resulted in an important plot development this week.
The AEW World Tag Team Champions, Kenny Omega & "Hangman" Adam Page, have been teasing a character turn for weeks now, whether it concerns Omega snapping inside the ring or Page drinking his way out of The Elite.

But last night, AEW's top ranked tag teams fought in a 4-Way Gauntlet Match for the #1 contendership spot at All Out, which FTR won at the end.
The Young Bucks defeated Dustin Rhodes and QT Marshall to kick off the proceedings, but in a back-and-forth contest with Best Friends, Hangman Page appeared out of nowhere and cost The Young Bucks a crucial victory.
Later backstage, Matt and Nick Jackson crashed one of Hangman Page's drinking sessions, and all the frustrations building up to this point prompted both of them to finally remove Page from AEW's biggest babyface faction.
Kenny Omega's future with The Elite remains uncertain as well, and Hangman's accordance with FTR may finally lead to the formation of a new Four Horsemen stable down the road.
