#2: Hikaru Shida earned a title shot against Nyla Rose in a No Disqualification match at AEW Double or Nothing
Hikaru Shida, Britt Baker, Kris Statlander, and Penelope Ford wrestled in a Fatal-4-Way bout to determine the number #1 contender for the AEW Women's World Champion, Nyla Rose.
The match itself was bittersweet in terms of botches and timing. On one hand, Hikaru Shida's victory made sense. She is one of the fastest rising stars in AEW, but last night's bout showed some flaws in chemistry between all four women in the ring.

Don't get me wrong, all four of them are talented enough as individuals, but it looks like missing out on action surely affects a wrestler's timing in the ring.
Later, Nyla Rose interrupted Hikaru Shida's backstage interview and hit the challenger with a Kendo Stick on the head. This prompted the officials to schedule a No Disqualification title match between Rose and Shida at AEW Double or Nothing.
The AEW Women's Division has had its own share of ups and downs, but the No Disqualification stipulation should give them the freedom to put on a great contest during AEW's upcoming Pay-Per-View.
