#2: Shayna Baszler's dominance brought the event to a predictable finish
With International Women's Day taking place on 8th March, it made sense why WWE chose to end the Pay-Per-View with a Women's match.
But at its core, a Chamber match featuring Shayna Baszler was bound to be predictable. during a time where everyone knows that Baszler and Becky Lynch's feud is supposed to be a lock.
WWE could have simply scheduled a Chamber Match for the women of SmackDown since Bayley's WrestleMania plans are still unclear.
But on the good side, Baszler's dominance was an important step in building towards The Queen of Spades' eventual showdown with the RAW Women's Champion at WrestleMania.
Becky Lynch has been an unstoppable force on RAW for more than a year. In order to sell casual fans on the fact that Baszler could really take down The Man for good, Baszler's in-ring dominance was perfectly highlighted during this bout.
But then again, it also sucked the life out of the main event in general. Things might have gone in a better direction if WWE simply chose to end the event with a more exciting alternative (The Undertaker's return).
