#3: MVP tried to become Drew McIntyre's manager
MVP may have wrestled his last match in WWE, but the former United States Champion revived his signature talk show with a special appearance from Drew McIntyre.
McIntyre's appearance on "The VIP Lounge" led to the host trying to spin a story around this year's Royal Rumble Winner.
One of the most common aspects of suddenly shooting to the top of the food chain in this business is that fans and critics - and industry professionals - start forming their opinions beforehand. This was highlighted in a great way during the episode as MVP's character acted as a manipulative star looking to hop on "The Drew McIntyre Express Train".
It was apparent that McIntyre became quite comfortable in his new babyface role immediately. Fans were behind The Chosen One right away, and McIntyre would beat up MVP at the end of their segment.
Despite the fact that Drew McIntyre's stock keeps rising every week, you can't help but feel that WWE is stalling the Brock-Drew program because there hasn't been a huge secondary roadblock in McIntyre's path on the Road to WrestleMania 36.
