Out of all the bizarre stipulation matches we have witnessed in WWE over the years, Seth Rollins and Rey Mysterio's "Eye for an Eye" Match had the potential to top them all.
As I've mentioned many times before, it was strange to think how WWE would visualize a Superstar literally extracting their opponent's eye. To keep it short, that's not really how it ended during The Horror Show at Extreme Rules.

Rollins drove Mysterio's eye towards the ring steps, just like he had done several weeks ago on WWE RAW. The match ended right there, and Rollins threw up near ringside after the reprehensible act he had just committed.
Truth be told, this bout wasn't a disaster many were hoping it would be. There was a strange and unnerving tone throughout the entire match, simply because we were all waiting for either of the two WWE Superstars to extract his opponent's eye.
But the finish was underwhelming and judging by WWE's past history, Rey Mysterio probably won't go completely blind anytime soon.
