Drew McIntyre, Braun Strowman, and Bobby Lashley will fight each other in a high-stakes WWE Championship encounter at WrestleMania Backlash. On RAW, McIntyre and Lashley had their WrestleMania rematch in the main event.

While their battle was quite engaging, fans had a sneaking suspicion that the match would end with shenanigans. With only a few days to go before WrestleMania Backlash, it seemed unlikely that WWE would portray a clean winner between Lashley and McIntyre on RAW.

Throughout the night, Braun Strowman teased that he would align with Lashley's interests and remove McIntyre from the equation.

While The Monster Among Men did attack McIntyre to end the main event in disqualification, he assaulted Lashley as well.

Strowman eventually stood tall at the end of the go-home show. But despite his dominating display, it's likely he will still be pinned to lose at WrestleMania Backlash.

Irrespective of this week's main event and its aftermath, the upcoming triple threat contest for the WWE Championship promises to be an intense encounter between the three heavyweights.
