#1 Who is controlling Retribution?

While it may seem like no one is in control of Retribution after their wild destruction of RAW and SmackDown, it would be interesting if an important backstage member of WWE is the head of the faction. In fact, it could be one of the biggest surprises of the year and lead to a power grab storyline on WWE.
Maybe that sounds like wishful thinking and isn't in WWE's plans at all, but someone like Shane McMahon or Stephanie McMahon being in control of this group would be a surprising twist in the tale. Furthermore, this power grab, of sorts, could be a way for one of them to run the company their way.
Cody Rhodes' uncle is a WWE Hall of Famer. More details HERE.
Again, wishful thinking, but fans need to remember that WWE is trying to replay parts of the Attitude Era right now and this falls in line with that. Maybe this doesn't come to fruition and there may not be anyone in control of these agents of chaos, but it would be entertaining if someone was leading them to perform these acts on WWE television.
