Cesaro had a good start to 2021 on WWE SmackDown. In his first WrestleMania main card singles match this year, Cesaro defeated a major star like Seth Rollins.
That’s not all, as The Swiss Superman also got a match for the Universal Championship against Roman Reigns. However, over the past few weeks, Cesaro’s stock had started to go down.

On this week’s SmackDown, he competed in a match against Rollins for a spot in the men’s Money in the Bank ladder match. Cesaro was busted open during the contest and failed to defeat The Messiah.
Now, Rollins is one of the favorites to win the MITB briefcase. However, what’s next for Cesaro after his loss on SmackDown? Can the WWE creative team push him into another major rivalry, or will he fall down the pecking order again?
