Cesaro takes out a table from under the ring, only to find Truth stuck to it
#4 Other storylines are simply not doing it for the fans

Corbin and Evans
It is what it is. There's no going around it. Although WWE Stomping Grounds turned out to be a good PPV, the initial fan response for the show was terrible. The reason? The three main events of the show were matches that the WWE Universe had already seen. Seth Rollins and Baron Corbin had collided in Saudi Arabia, and so had Kofi and Ziggler. Becky Lynch had already defeated Lacey Evans, but was still fighting her.
With all these major title feuds not being interesting enough for the fans, they were bound to turn to Truth and the 24/7 Title, which is without a shadow of a doubt, the hottest thing going on in WWE at the moment. The other angles will eventually gather steam once WWE moves on from the likes of Corbin and Evans, who aren't exactly lighting the wrestling world on fire.

Given the opportunity to script WWE’s next big storyline, Abhilash would treat fans to the second installment of The Bloodline Civil War. He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback. The angle would see The Tribal Chief-led group go head-to-head with The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a blockbuster family feud.
