Back during the Attitude Era, Austin's beatdowns on Vince always got loud reaction from the fans. Vince went on to wrestle a long string of matches and was busted open more than he could ever keep count.

At WrestleMania 19, Vince and Hulk Hogan battered each other, with the latter coming out victorious. Vince was a bloody mess when Hogan was done with him. The same story followed at WrestleMania 22, when Shawn Michaels went too far while exacting revenge on the boss, and left him in a pool of his own blood.
