Easily the best bout of the night, Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair brought the house down with their clinical wrestling ability and told a terrific story between the ropes.
The Irish Sensation has now defeated Charlotte three times, and while their rivalry seems to be done as of now, this could simply put Becky Lynch on a pedestal in the WWE.
Since there were legitimate plans for Charlotte to dethrone Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania 35, her consecutive losses seem troubling for her ongoing direction.
While there were strong rumors pushing Lynch as the favorite to clash with the Rowdy One at the Show of Shows, her strong performance tonight certainly brings more recognition and adulation to her.
Vince McMahon definitely recognizes the potential in Becky Lynch and has also set her as an example of how to grab the brass ring and run with it.
WWE Evolution belongs to Becky Lynch and the WWE Universe couldn't be happier with how things panned out, eventually.
