The big botch during The Undertaker vs Shawn Michaels
At WrestleMania 25, The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels went at it in what many later dubbed as the greatest wrestling match of all time. The 30-minute outing was chock-full of close finishes, devastating finishers, and incredible high-flying spots. It had everything that a perfect bout needed to have. This almost perfect match was marred by an unfortunate moment that happened while The Undertaker took flight in an attempt to throw himself on Michaels, who put the cameraman in harm's way. The latter was supposed to catch The Deadman. Things didn't end as had been planned, and the cameraman failed to do his job, leading to The Undertaker landing on the floor in a scary visual.

Here's what The Undertaker had to say about the botch:
“I’ve got a lot but I tell you what, WrestleMania 25 with Shawn. Man, that’s just one of those matches that everything went the way it was supposed to go, for the most part. It would’ve been nice to do the dive and land on somebody but, other than the lawn dart over the top rope, that was really special.”
Sim Snuka, son of WWE Hall of Famer Jimmy Snuka, was the cameraman in question. He was released from his contract three months later.
