Vince McMahon gave the cue to hit Stone Cold's music on RAW
Last year, WWE presented a special edition of RAW dubbed as RAW Reunion that saw a string of WWE legends and Hall of Famers making their return to the show. The final segment of the episode featured all the legends, with WWE Hall of Famer Stone Cold Steve Austin giving a heartfelt speech to send the fans home happy.

In a moment that was unscripted, Austin asked how much time was left for the broadcast to end. When someone signaled that 60 seconds were left, Austin addressed the crowd some more and his music suddenly hit as he said, “they’re counting me down, we’ve got to go home”.
As per Fightful, Vince McMahon called for Austin's music to hit as the show didn't have much time left.
“Vince McMahon himself was urging Austin's music to hit to go off the air as their window was closing for time.”
It certainly must have been a surreal experience for the live audience who got to watch Austin break the script and legit ask about how much time the show had left. The two former on-screen rivals made sure that things would wrap up seconds before the time limit had exceeded.
