#2 Kennel from Hell Match - WWE Unforgiven 1999
The Kennel from Hell Match is often regarded as one of the worst matches to feature WWE's "hellacious" cell structure.
Al Snow and Big Boss Man faced each other in this one-of-a-kind stipulation match for the Hardcore Championship.
The storyline leading up to this match didn't lack in any bizarre qualities at all. Leading up to the event, Al Snow's chihuahua, Pepper, was kidnapped by Big Boss Man. In a future segment, Boss Man had invited Snow for dinner, and he tricked the latter into eating his own dog, Pepper.
This lead to a bizarre "Kennel from Hell" match at WWE Unforgiven 1999. The difference here from a normal Cell match was that the Cell structure enclosed a Steel Cage, which meant that the participants had to escape both structures to win.
The idea itself was promising, but apart from the mediocre execution, what made it even worse was that WWE chose to introduce a pack of Rottweilers that surrounded the ring, and as you may have guessed, the dogs couldn't care less about what happened during this match.
Al Snow won the contest, but this bout is mostly remembered for its agonizing and bizarre details in WWE history.
