Ronda Rousey is currently on top of the Raw women's division and does not look like dropping it to anyone on the roster. It is becoming increasingly likely that a Smackdown superstar will transfer over to topple the ex-UFC fighter. Becky Lynch is set to defend her Smackdown Women's Championship in a triple threat TLC Match against Charlotte Flair and Asuka.

This opens the door for Becky to lose the title without getting pinned or submitted in the process. This also frees her up for a spot in the second-ever Women's Royal Rumble Match.
Another option is Charlotte Flair, who has unfinished business with Rousey. Their match at Survivor Series was excellent and proved just how good a wrestler the Rowdy One really can be. The Rumble match could possibly come down to the former best friends, Becky Lynch and Charlotte, with The Man going over.
