#1 No more NXT call-ups for a while

Calling up NXT Talents to the Main Roster is doing them more harm than good.

At the beginning, people used to be so piqued about who would be the next talent from NXT to make the crossover to the main roster. But seeing how the call-ups to the main roster have gone for Ascension, Revival, Apollo Crews, Bobby Roode, Authors of Pain and more, I believe it's time to get the Main Roster in order before bringing in more talent.

Talents like Johny Gargano, Ricochet, the Undisputed Era etc are doing their best work in NXT. Bringing them up to the main roster and relegating them to the sidelines is the worst thing that RAW can do when they are fighting to revive the ratings.
