#1 Brock Lesnar
‘Eurgh, not again,” I hear you say, but let me tell you why this may be the best option for Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania 34. If you hadn’t accepted it by now, Vince McMahon is determined to make Roman Reigns the next all-time great.
In just a few years of singles competition, he’s beaten The Undertaker, Triple H, John Cena and Randy Orton. And with Wrestlemania on the horizon, the 'Reigns Train' doesn’t look like slowing down anytime soon.
For all the lack of apathy showcased in the build-up of the Wrestlemania 31 main event, Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns still delivered a match fans will forever remember. The uncertainty surrounding Lesnar’s contract situation and Reigns' inevitable rise to the top gave us a compelling dynamic.
At WM31, Reigns was still adjusting to his new position, now in 2017, he’s firmly established as the top star in the industry. He’s used to delivering stellar matches on the grandest of stages. Brock Lesnar’s run as the Universal Champion has been lacklustre, to say the least and I can think of no better superstar than Roman Reigns to put an end to that reign.
