You never know who may show up at the Rumble
The Royal Rumble match is known to have a few familiar faces show up. Don't be surprised if you see Lesnar come face to face with someone like Kurt Angle or Hulk Hogan this year. This move does bring out the sense of nostalgia in WWE's older fan base but doesn't make for a great storyline. It is time for WWE to allow the current pool of talent to take the wheel and steer the company to jam-packed arenas.

I'm certain the crowd would erupt if it saw Angle and Lesnar go at it one more time or better yet, The Rock and Lesnar. But it would make more sense if Lesnar is eliminated by someone he hasn't faced before. Someone like Drew McIntyre or Kevin Owens fits the bill quite well. These Superstars are those that the crowd would love to watch take Lesnar head-on and challenge for the WWE Title.

Kishan is a WWE writer at Sportskeeda Wrestling and has been associated with the division for 8.5 years. Even though he doesn't work at Sportskeeda on a full-time basis, writing about wrestling keeps his passion for the sport alive. He reports on important updates from wrestlers and rumors from trustworthy sources.
Kishan recalls the best match he witnessed when he was just 6 – the Hell in a Cell Match at Armageddon 2000. Watching the six men push each other to their limits and then some made him realize how incredible pro wrestling is.
He graduated as a Chemical Engineer a few years before he began his journey with Sportskeeda. A couple of years as a non-contracted writer for the website became a full-time opportunity that included managing the pro wrestling division.
Kishan's favorite wrestler is Triple H, as he can pull him into any storyline. In today's era, one can call him a Seth "Freakin" Rollins fan for the same reason. When he is not writing for Sportskeeda, Kishan works as a digital marketing professional.
