In the past, we have seen main roster Superstars go back to NXT for a one-off match or segment. What if the announcement Bryan will make is about him getting fed up of trying to improve something that has gone beyond saving?
Female superstar says she inspired John Cena turning heel HERE
A dejected Bryan comes out and goes off on the crowd. He proceeds to take shots at the fans and states that SmackDown Live can't be saved. He tried to start off with the tag team division but failed.
To the surprise of the live crowd, Bryan says that he is going somewhere he will be able to make a difference and do more than he could have ever done on the blue show. Someone like Bryan would be an incredible fit on the NXT roster, and a string of NXT young guns could benefit from getting a rub from Bryan, both on the mic and in the ring.

He has interviewed prominent pro wrestling personalities like Noam Dar, Angry Miz Girl, Brendan Cobbina, and Jesse Lambert. Abhilash is a big fan of AEW star Orange Cassidy, as he believes the former International Champion’s on-screen gimmick of an extremely lazy guy resonates with him.
Given the opportunity to script WWE’s next big storyline, Abhilash would treat fans to the second installment of The Bloodline Civil War. He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback. The angle would see The Tribal Chief-led group go head-to-head with The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a blockbuster family feud.
