#3 Make wins and losses matter again

Wins and losses should matter for every Superstar in WWE
Wins and losses should matter for every Superstar in WWE

Every Superstar wants to win his matches in WWE. Let it be a jobber, mid-carder, or even a main eventer. After all, this gives them the advantage to brag about their accomplishments in front of the crowd and their opponents. In WWE, some Superstars have a better win percentage than other Superstars, and it’s why they receive everything from the creative team.

However, wins and losses don’t seem to matter here. At one point, a Superstar will lose matches against his opponent, and then, he/she will become unbeatable. Take Becky Lynch as an example; she had lost all of her WrestleMania matches until this year, where she beat Ronda Rousey and Charlotte in the main event. While, exceptions could be made in this case, as Lynch's rise was unexpected, but still, there are many other cases.

Last year, Kevin Owens lost 90% of his matches, but this year, Vince immediately made him a contender for the WWE Championship. Baron Corbin also lost 74 matches last year, but this year, he retired Kurt Angle and also gained multiple victories against top babyfaces. To make things logical, Vince should make wins and losses matter in pro wrestling. AEW has already promised to implement this on their promotion, and if Vince can do something similar, then it would make wrestling seem more real.
