#4 Apollo Crews and Titus O'Neil

With the exception of a recent feud with Dolph Ziggler, Apollo Crews has been completely wasted since he was brought up from NXT during the brand extension last year.

Titus O'Neil has been in a similar position ever since his team with Darren Young broke up. Both men have some great qualities as wrestlers, but they aren't being given a chance to show it.

Putting these two together would help both of them at the same time and add a little more depth the tag team division on Raw or SmackDown. The great thing about their partnership would be their differences.

O'Neil would be the powerhouse of the group who mows everyone down and Crews could serve as the high-flyer who comes in off a hot tag and cleans house with a series of exciting moves. It's a proven formula tested many times over the years.
