#3 Curtis Axel and Bo Dallas
Curtis Axel and Bo Dallas used to be members of The Social Outcasts, but ever since the group parted ways, they haven't had a decent storyline between them.
Even thought Heath Slater is busy teaming with Rhyno, there is no reason why WWE couldn't put Dallas and Axel back together for a tag team. Just because it didn't work the first time doesn't mean it's not worth trying again.
They are both good hands in the ring, have family legacies WWE can use to its advantage and offer plenty of comedic value. After all, they don't have to be the top team to be useful.
They could even be sent down to NXT to help fill out the developmental system's thin tag team division. It would give both men time to rebuild their characters while helping main roster hopefuls at the same time.
