Watching a WWE referee having to stop the match would be a cool way to end things.

What if Ronda Rousey was beating up Nikki Bella so bad that the referee had to outright stop the match and declare Rousey the winner? While this would be indeed similar to having the referee stop the match due to knockout, what if WWE literally had Rousey on top of Bella, and punching her relentlessly to the point where the referee would have to stop it?

At least that way WWE doesn't exactly have a clear winner, which opens things up to rematches, but also gives Rousey a brutal win over Bella. Furthermore, it could be the start of WWE blurring the lines between a wrestling match and a UFC fight, which could result in some pretty unique finishes down the line.

Interestingly enough, WWE has also stuck with Ronda Rousey's armbar submission for a while now and it almost feels like a change needs to be made in that department to make her look more brutal. Maybe it will work and maybe it won't, but it is at least worth a shot with all the momentum that Rousey has going for her character right now.
