Adam Cole has huge things lined up for him

The leader of The Undisputed Era and the reigning NXT Title holder, Adam Cole, is arguably the greatest Champion to have graced the Black and Gold brand. Now, he is also the longest-reigning NXT Champion in history and has several impressive title defenses to his name.

He is also the only NXT Champion to have successfully defended his title on both RAW and SmackDown.

While Cole has been nothing short of brilliant with his title run, it now seems that his Championship reign is getting close to its end. Having him lose the Championship to Tommaso Ciampa will account for a poetic booking.

But this decision will help Cole more than it would help the ‘Blackheart’, who was forced to relinquish the same title owing to his neck injury last year.

If and when Cole loses his title, nothing will be taken away from his incredible run with the title. At the same time, it will help facilitate his move to the main roster along with the members of The Undisputed Era, as they have also dropped their respective golds in the last few weeks.

And by the looks of it, we might see Cole losing his NXT gold soon.
