Karrion Kross and Scarlett Bordeaux came to WWE together just over a year ago and have since been able to dominate NXT. The current NXT Champion has been promoted to the main roster alone, which has led to several raised eyebrows since The Smokeshow became a huge part of Kross' career in NXT.
The couple has been together for a number of years and were also able to work together in IMPACT Wrestling at one point.

Whilst their age gap isn't considered to be a significant one, it's still six years since Scarlett is just 30 whilst the NXT Champion is 36.
Kross and Bordeaux have already shown what they can accomplish as a duo in NXT. The WWE Universe now hopes that the couple will be able to have the same kind of impact on the main roster.
Given that Kross has already lost his undefeated streak, it's unclear what the plan is for the current NXT Champion on Monday Night RAW.
