#1 Former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Brian Kendrick
Brian Kendrick has been wrestling since he was 20 years old and actually attended Shawn Michaels' training academy. It was whilst attending this academy that Kendrick adopted the ring name "Spanky", a name that he was known under throughout his first spell with WWE.
Kendrick has had four stints with WWE throughout his two-decade-long career and has been released from the company three separate times. Most recently he was re-signed as a Performance Center trainer and was then added as a recurring cast member in Total Divas back in 2014.

The former Cruiserweight Champion was then re-signed as a talent and announced as a participant in the Cruiserweight Classic before he went on to become part of the 205 Live brand.
Kendrick has wrestled for IMPACT, Ring of Honor, and even New Japan Pro Wrestling throughout his lengthy career, and aside from the first few years when he was known as "Spanky" the former Champion has always wrestled under his given name. Kendrick is still currently signed to WWE and appears on the 205 Live brand.
