There have been several moments throughout WWE history where Vince McMahon has established the fact that Brock Lesnar does what The Beast Incarnate wants, and no one can stop him from doing so - not even The WWE Chairman himself.
The above incident took place in January 2013 when Vince McMahon was taking a "Personal Performance Review" of Paul Heyman. Heyman was accused of being involved with Brad Maddox and The Shield and paying them to help CM Punk retain his title. While Heyman initially refused, Vince McMahon showed backstage footage of Heyman with Maddox and The Shield, exposing him!

This led to Heyman stating that the man in the video was not him. Just when Vince McMahon was about to say the three magical words (You are Fired!) to Heyman, Brock Lesnar's music hit and out came the Beast Incarnate.
Paul Heyman sensed what was about to come and tried to tell Lesnar that he had things in control. But Lesnar shushed him and got in the face of Vince McMahon. The boss told Lesnar not to do anything that he'll regret later. But Lesnar did not care and he went on to deliver a thunderous F5 to Vince McMahon to the shock of the entire WWE Universe!
