In an interview with Corey Graves on the After the Bell podcast, Graves asked Reigns about his role as a locker room leader.

"This job and position has expanded so much with the growth of WWE. Just the role of a superstar in general. For me, I lead by example. That goes for everything. With the way you carry yourself, how you sell. Don't sweat the little stuff. We sell in the ring, but not outside of it, especially not backstage. I try to make everything look easy so people are like, 'Uce is doing it and knocking it out. It's a rough travel day, but Uce is sitting over there chilling.' Being able to handle everything and keeping a level head when times get tough and situations aren't ideal. There's gotta be a few different things you can do through experience,"

"The Big Dog" Roman Reigns is one of the most revered WWE Superstars in recent memory. Add this to his incredible grind, passion, and work ethic, and Roman Reigns is one remarkable locker room leader.
