#3. Former WWE Universal Champion Finn Balor
Finn Balor has been both face and heel throughout his WWE career, but he is now settled on RAW as a face.
Following his loss to The Fiend at SummerSlam back in 2019, Balor was sent back down to NXT where he worked as a heel for more than a year. As The Prince, he was able to lift the NXT Championship before getting called back up to the main roster.

During his brief stint on SmackDown, he brought back The Demon but couldn't dethrone Roman Reigns after he was betrayed by a faulty rope.
There's been enough frustration in Balor's short main roster stay to culminate in a heel turn if WWE is prepared to pull the trigger.
From being overlooked by John Cena to losing his Universal Championship opportunity in the worst possible way, and then being moved over to RAW, only to lose his chance to challenge for the WWE Championship.
With a face as WWE Champion, it makes sense for most of the title challengers to be heel, and Balor is so much better as a heel.
