#1 Asuka (WWE RAW)
One of the most talented superstars on WWE's current women's division is Asuka. Starting her WWE career in 2015, she had a dominant run as the NXT Women's Champion. She later received a massive push upon her arrival on the main roster as she won the inaugural women's Royal Rumble match in 2018.
While Asuka has had a decorated career on the main roster, winning the RAW and SmackDown Women's Championship as well as the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship, she hasn't been able to replicate her dominant NXT run that fans absolutely loved.

Every now and then, WWE Universe keeps asking the question - what could WWE do to take Asuka to the next level? Well, the answer could be right there if one explores her past.
During her time in Japan as Kana, Asuka used to wear horrifying face paint that was enough to scare any opponent. WWE could probably bring that back and introduce it as Asuka's darker alter ego. There are no doubts over her supreme wrestling skills, but her character work could be taken to another level through this.
