#2 Recent WWE returnee Eva Marie
Easily one of WWE's best heels in terms of getting a negative reaction, Eva Marie has remained an unlikable figure since her return a couple of months ago.
She thrives in her current role, in which she is hogging the spotlight from her "protégé" Piper Niven, known as Doudrop. Her impending babyface turn at the expense of Marie would be one of the better moments on RAW all year.
The face of the Evalution isn't the greatest in the ring, which has been the prime factor behind fans hating her during her initial run in the mid-2010s. Marie used them to her advantage and took on Bayley in one of the most intense NXT Women's Title matches at the time, with the crowd biting for every near-fall.
WWE attempted to present her as a face in 2016, but it flopped spectacularly. Eva Marie was viciously booed when joining the babyface side of a 10-woman Tag Team Match for WrestleMania 32. So, with her immense heat with the fans in mind, WWE may rather keep her a heel for the entirety of her current run with the company.
