#4 Samir (and Sunil) Singh
Once a heavily-featured support act as part of the WWE Championship reign of Jinder Mahal, The Singh Brothers have faded from view significantly in recent times.
Coming off a run as The Bollywood Boyz on 205 Live, Sunil and Samir debuted on SmackDown in April 2017 by helping Mahal become the number one contender for the WWE Championship. Mahal, of course, would go on to defeat Randy Orton shortly afterward to lift the belt.

Things went south for the group after Mahal lost the title, though. In January 2018, Samir would suffer an ACL tear during a ringside brawl with Robert Roode. The injury would put Samir out of action for more than nine months.
Once he returned, Mahal had dropped down the card and was no longer part of the main event mix. The association with Mahal was dropped when The Singh Brothers were drafted back to 205 Live in April 2019.
Samir and Sunil have both had several brief reigns as WWE 24/7 Champion
The comedic nature of the WWE 24/7 Championship means that a title reign counts for very little.
However, both Samir and Sunil are recognized as multiple-time champions. Samir has five reigns, while Sunil is credited with four. The majority of these reigns were accumulated during a run of December 2019 live events.
As both siblings were battling alongside each other for the belt, these reigns hardly constitute a singles run for either man.
Now back on 205 Live under the Bollywood Boyz name, it is tough to imagine either of The Singh Brothers being granted a genuine singles opportunity by WWE at present.
