AJ Styles has only been part of the WWE roster for about five years. But the former world champion has been rising through the business for over 20 years.
Styles originally made a name for himself in IMPACT Wrestling before WWE finally signed him to a contract. He made his WWE debut in the 2016 Royal Rumble match.
Styles has become one of WWE's most dependable stars, but much like many other wrestlers in the company, Styles has a family. He has always been outspoken about how he wants to retire and spend time with his children.
Right now, Styles is able to catch his son's football games on Friday nights now that he's moved back over to WWE RAW. That being said, "The Phenomenal One" recently signed a five-year deal.
Styles noted publicly after he signed this new deal that it would be the final contract in his career. When it comes to an end, he has said that he he will walk away from WWE and perhaps wrestling as a whole.
