#1. WWE Legend Kane
Kane is a sure-fire WWE Hall of Famer. But the WWE star currently spends much of his time working as the Mayor of Knox County. Kane remains an active member of the WWE roster because "The Devil's Favorite Demon" hasn't actually retired from the company yet.
Kane has returned to WWE numerous times since he became an elected official. This November, at WWE Survivor Series, Kane appeared in character and full costume. He was there to support The Undertaker's Final Farewell, but by wearing his costume, Kane made it clear that he still hasn't retired.
Kane and The Undertaker go hand in hand, so it's unlikely that fans will see Kane making many more appearances without his "brother." But given his legendary career, "The Big Red Machine" still deserves to have a farewell of his own.
As a few different characters, Kane has been part of the WWE roster for 25 years. The 53-year-old under Kane's mask is probably thinking about hanging up his wrestling boots soon. That way, he can take his rightful place in the WWE Hall of Fame.
