#3. Drew McIntyre

Drew McIntyre has been with the WWE longer than most superstars on this list if his first stint is also taken into account.
The Scottish Psychopath has only been back since after WrestleMania 34, but he's been treated like a big deal upon his return.

McIntyre did win the RAW Tag Team Titles alongside Dolph Ziggler, but that has been the limit of his title success. He did proclaim upon his return about wanting to shake up the complacent locker room while also challenging for the Universal Championship.
Well, it's been over a year since his return and he's had exactly zero shots at either of the main championships in WWE. If he was treated as such a big deal and made out to be one of the top heels on RAW, then why hasn't he been allowed a run with the big red belt?
One reason is obviously Brock Lesnar, while the others are named Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns. While both Reigns and Rollins deserved their title runs, it would have better suited WWE to have given McIntyre at least one reign somewhere. He's already a star and could have easily challenged Rollins for the title at SummerSlam. But instead, they didn't think anyone other than Lesnar could challenge Rollins for the belt.
