John Morrison made a big return to WWE in 2019 after a hiatus, joining forces with The Miz to work as a tag team. Morrison has been the winner of many championship titles during his WWE career, and most recently enjoyed a reign as a Tag Team Champion.
Back when he was known as Johnny Nitro, Morrison won the WWE Intercontinental Championship. He faced off against Shelton Benjamin and Carlito to come out on top. His first reign lasted 99 days until Jeff Hardy (who is currently the Intercontinental Champion) beat him on an episode of RAW.
The title was a big part of the rivalry between the pair. Morrison was able to win the belt back from Hardy 34 days later on an episode of RAW, which was his second and shortest reign with the championship, lasting just a week.
John Morrison wouldn't get his hands back on the Intercontinental Championship until three years later. He won the title on a September 2009 episode of SmackDown. Morrison's third reign with the championship was the longest, lasting an impressive 100 days before he was dethroned by a young Drew McIntyre.
