Carmella is currently performing on Monday Night RAW, as one-half of the Women's Tag Team Champions.
The star moved over to the red brand to perform alongside her real-life partner Corey Graves who is one of the main commentators on RAW. The couple has been in a relationship since 2019 and announced their engagement in October 2021 after Graves got down on one knee and proposed on his partner's birthday.

Ahead of her relationship with Graves, Carmella was dating former WWE Superstar Big Cass, who has since been released from the company. The former WWE star is in a relationship with Lexy Nair, the step-daughter of WWE Hall of Famer Diamond Dallas Page.
Graves was previously married to Amy Polinsky and the couple welcomed three children together, their relationship was reportedly over before Graves started dating Carmella.
Graves and Carmella's relationship played a key role in many of the storylines in Total Divas until the show was canceled last year.
