Owen Hart is widely recognized as one of the greatest pure professional wrestlers of all time. Though Owen was the brother of Bret, Owen developed his own positive reputation among WWE fans with his larger than life charisma.

At Over The Edge 1999, Owen Hart tragically passed away, falling from the ceiling while rehearsing a harnessed stunt as the "Blue Blazer".

Since then, Owen Hart's legacy in WWE has been private due to the aftermath of his unfortunate death at thirty-four.
