5 WWE Superstars that deserve a world title shot in 2022

#2 We still haven't seen Jimmy Uso vs. The Tribal Chief yet

The signs are subtle on WWE SmackDown, but they do exist. As loyal as The Usos are to their Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns, he's been a bully to them.

We already saw how good the Jey Uso vs. Roman Reigns feud was. It may be time for Jimmy Uso to enter the WWE Universal Championship picture in 2022.

#1 Ricochet was the star of the WWE SmackDown gauntlet match

Remember the gauntlet match that aired on WWE SmackDown to determine who faces Shinsuke Nakamura next? Yes, Sami Zayn won the whole thing, but the biggest headline coming out of the contest was that Ricochet can go! Something we always knew, but we needed a reminder all the same. Ricochet vs. Roman Reigns could be a money match if that's the plan for 2022.

This is a common disclaimer for all of the names that have been mentioned in this list. Just because they are in the title picture does not mean that they need to necessarily beat the current champion.
