Rollins has won tag team gold several times in WWE. He has captured the RAW Tag Team titles alongside Braun Strowman, Jason Jordan, Dean Ambrose, and Murphy. He also won gold with Reigns while both were with the Shield.

In his seven years with the company, Owens hasn't captured tag team gold. He could have done so when he and Sami Zayn were heels a few years ago, but it didn't happen.

There is every possibility that neither Rollins nor Owens will win a title or the 2022 Royal Rumble. If that is the case, the best way to best utilize their talents is if they target the tag team belts on the Road to WrestleMania. They could remain heels or they could turn face to battle Alpha Academy.

Owens and Rollins are two of the top stars in the company, and so they should both be in featured matches at WM 38. If neither earns a singles title shot at the Show of Shows, they should be booked into a program for the tag team titles.
