#3 More reliance on organic push
One of the biggest criticisms that WWE has faced in recent years is the creative’s obsession with one wrestler and their reluctance to look over their preferred names.
This holds true in the case of Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar who often end up in the bad book of the WWE Universe owing to their continuous push at the cost of other talents.

Triple H, on the other hand, prefers to strike the rod when the iron is hot. In the long history of the NXT, we have often seen the wrestlers getting a push, based on their momentum and not on their history.
This is a much better approach towards booking the matches as the ever-changing momentum allows the writers to come up with fresh feuds and the fans don’t have to see the same faces again and again.
Moreover, using the organic push to build-up a wrestler works wonders in keeping the fans invested. This allows them to feel that they are a part of the storyline which brings them closer to the overall product.
Triple H will do the same across all three brands of WWE when he takes over which will then lead to the creation of a lot of more interesting rivalries.
