#3 WWE NXT UK Champion WALTER vs. Finn Balor

We nearly got this dream match last year.

Speaking of NXT, one match was scrapped by WWE due to the pandemic last year. Finn Balor and WALTER began a feud in March, but the travel restrictions put an end to it.

They were set to collide at TakeOver: Tampa Bay during WrestleMania 36 weekend, or at NXT UK TakeOver: Dublin later that month. But with all the uncertainty surrounding when WWE will return to the UK, the Dublin show has now been canceled.

Regardless, WALTER can still travel to the States and defend his NXT UK Championship against Balor. He faced Tommaso Ciampa at NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver. The Ring General could then come back for a big match against the two-time NXT Champion, with the two having unfinished business.

It would be a match for the ages, one of the few left for Finn Balor to have on NXT. He has gone on a stellar run since his return from WWE's main roster. The Irishman is the kind of opponent WALTER excels alongside, with the 'David vs. Goliath' dynamic fully in place.

This could be one of the greatest matches to ever happen under the WWE umbrella. That is the level Balor and WALTER are currently working at.
