Shinsuke Nakamura enthralled the WWE Universe with his performances in NXT, and became a fan favourite in no time thanks to his rockstar persona. There is no doubt that Nakamura is a brilliant in-ring performer but he has not been able to match up to his very high standards since his main roster debut.

His feud and successive losses to Jinder Mahal have only hampered his progress in the company and it was a miserable one for the King of Strong Style to be involved in. WWE's persistence on keeping the title on Jinder Mahal affected Nakamura's career trajectory and he could benefit a great deal in a feud with the 16 time WWE Champ.
