Luke Harper is a former NXT Champion, Intercontinental Champion, and also has won the SmackDown Tag Team Championships twice. Harper is currently inactive due to injury, but has a lot to offer the WWE Universe when he returns. He has never squared off against Seth Rollins, and thus a match between these two superstars would be a dream come true.

Rollins has defeated almost every wrestler he has come across. However, WWE has never booked Rollins against someone as dynamic and unorthodox as Luke Harper. Once Harper returns, it would be a good idea to set up a match between Rollins and him. It would be really entertaining to witness the contest.
They both are talented wrestlers and gifted athletes who know how to convert an ordinary match into a five star match. The creative team of WWE should plan this match in 2019.
