#4 Gobbledy Gooker was WWE Chairman Vince McMahon's idea

Vince McMahon is the Chairman of WWE and over the years he has had some of the greatest ideas that the business has ever seen. McMahon has been able to keep WWE at the top of their own ladder for more than three decades, which shows just how much his mind works within this business. But that doesn't mean that he doesn't have bad ideas.

Whilst The Undertaker has revealed that Vince McMahon came up with his character and pushed forward The Deadman following his debut, The Chairman was also the man who came up with The Gobbledy Gooker.

Of course, The Gobbledy Gooker made his debut in a time when these kinds of comedy gimmicks would be seen as popular with the audience. It's easy to see why McMahon believed that a turkey would be popular around Thanksgiving but this wasn't the case.
