#1 Along with CM Punk, he was fined for performing a piledriver back in 2013
There are some moves in WWE that are banned. The company has banned many different moves over the years including the piledriver, since The Undertaker and Kane are the only stars who are able to perform the move as part of the show.
Despite being two of the company's biggest stars, John Cena and CM Punk decided to put a piledriver in their match back in 2013 and were forced to pay handsomely for it. Punk was the one who delivered the move to Cena on Raw and there were then rumors that Vince McMahon was furious about it backstage since it was a dangerous move and Cena was injured at the time.

Punk later confirmed that he was in trouble following the move when he was asked as part of an ESPN interview.
“I sure did… It has a bad history of injuries and accidents, so it’s better safe than sorry. It’s really sort of not worth it, but I wanted to show that I was really trying to win that damn match.”
