Drew McIntyre was the odds on favorite to win the men's Money in the Bank ladder match ahead of the PPV. The Scottish Psychopath has had a great year or so in the WWE and many expected him to win the briefcase to have a feud for a top WWE title.

That didn't happen, thanks to the addition of a certain Brock Lesnar to the ladder match. But, there was a mini story during the match that could have consequences on McIntyre's future in WWE.

During the match, McIntyre and Baron Corbin, who have both been allies over the last few months, betrayed each other. While it's every man for himself in multi-man matches, it is somewhat rare to see two heels feud with each other.
Corbin attacked McIntyre first before the Scot landed the Claymore Kick on Corbin on the outside. This maybe indicates that McIntyre could turn babyface and perhaps a future feud with Brock Lesnar or another heel champ.
