Daughter of WWE Hall of Famer Tully Blanchard, Tessa is one of the biggest stars in Impact Wrestling at present. She made her way to the promotion in 2018, and defeated Kiera Hogan in her debut match. Last year in July, Tessa faced Sami Callihan in the main event of Slammiversary XVII, which was the first Intergender match to headline a PPV.
The November 19, 2019 edition of Impact! saw Tessa winning a Gauntlet match by defeating the likes of Daga, Moose, Rich Swann, Michael Elgin, and Brian Cage, to win an opportunity at the Impact World title. On January 12, 2020, Blanchard faced Sami Callihan at the Hard To Kill PPV. Callihan had won the title months before, on October 25, 2019. He had defeated Brian Cage in a Steel Cage match to become Impact World Champion. At Hard To Kill, Tessa won the belt by defeating Callihan, thus becoming the first female star to do so. Around three months later, Tessa is still the Champion, and it would be interesting to see who puts her down for the belt sometime in the future.

While he started writing WWE articles for Sportskeeda in 2019 as a hobby, it eventually became a significant part of his professional journey.
Abhilash checks his articles thrice before sending them to the editing team, ensuring his work is highly accurate and reliable.
He has interviewed prominent pro wrestling personalities like Noam Dar, Angry Miz Girl, Brendan Cobbina, and Jesse Lambert. Abhilash is a big fan of AEW star Orange Cassidy, as he believes the former International Champion’s on-screen gimmick of an extremely lazy guy resonates with him.
Given the opportunity to script WWE’s next big storyline, Abhilash would treat fans to the second installment of The Bloodline Civil War. He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback. The angle would see The Tribal Chief-led group go head-to-head with The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a blockbuster family feud.
When not reporting on pro wrestling, Abhilash likes to work out, go on walks, read, and explore new eateries.
